Tom Furby MRTPI AssocRICS

Tom is our in-house planning expert, and has worked with S106 Management for over a decade. He heads up the planning team working directly with applicants, councils and other consultancies on the design and delivery of more complex sites. He provides full planning consultancy services for applicants, specialising in enabling development involving heritage assets, affordable housing delivery, CIL Reg 122 cases, and viability negotiations.

Tom is a Chartered Member of the RTPI and Associate Member of RICS.
