Luke O'Cathail

Luke O’Cathail has a decade of experience in the property industry, as director of development company Madasa Ltd and project manager for Press Properties Ltd. Luke joined S106 Management in April 2016 and progressed to senior management level in 2018, now heading up the viability assessment team. Luke took on a directorship leading business development at the start of 2021.

His first-hand knowledge of the practicalities of development and ‘on the ground’ experience of the construction industry, site acquisition, cost assessment, negotiation and valuation, provide a comprehensive and robust service for clients. He maintains a strong network of LPAs, architects, planning consultancies and viability assessors across the country, contributing to successful negotiations.
