Tim Wills

Having worked for 8 years as a senior project manager in a high-pressured environment, Tim acquired a wide range of skills which have assisted him in his career to become a viability consultant. In May 2019 Tim joined S106 Management and has since progressed to become a Senior Viability Consultant, and an integral part of the team.

In March 2021 he embarked on his training to become a RICS Quantity Surveyor, working with MPQS Ltd to continue his professional development.
