David Parker, MRICS

David Parker has over 30 years’ experience within the Quantity Surveying profession. He has been a sole trader in the public and private sector for over 20 years on projects ranging from dance studios and shop fit outs to high quality residential refurbishments from values from £100k up to £3.5 million. David works very closely with design teams and architects from inception to completion to ensure cost control and smooth completion of contracts.

In cases where thorough cost exercises and elemental cost plans are required to establish construction costs, S106 Management rely on expert advice from David Parker MRICS. David has worked with S106 Management since 2014, completing hundreds of cost plans; he is an invaluable cog in the S106 Management wheel.
