Affordable Spaces‍

Affordable Spaces provides a single marketplace for Developers and Housing Associations to achieve a common goal - the construction and provision of more homes. We provide a wider audience for developers to market their affordable homes, and give affordable housing providers the access they need to make offers on available units at the right time.

Vision Finance

Vision Finance provides independent, client-focused property finance. An employee-owned business that arranges over £100m of debt and equity funding a year, primarily for experienced residential developers but also new developers starting out. This makes Vision Finance the partner of choice for funding for S106 Management clients.

Client Benefits:

• For experienced developers: funding of up to 90% of total development costs
• For new developers: joint venture funding of up to 100% of all costs with no PG requirement
• Development finance - senior lending from 6% (or from 5% for larger projects)
• High LTV mezzanine funding from 12% pa
